At the beginning of 2017, I set myself a number of ambitious training goals:
- squat 3x bodyweight
- 30 unbroken muscle ups
- 30 unbroken HSPU
- run 1600m under 5min
- run 400m under 50sec.
In July, I ticked the first one off with the help and expertise of Amir Fazeli from Adonis Athletics.
Last week, I was invited back onto The Mind Muscle Project‘s After Show.
