Starr Strength camps are a unique fitness experience for individuals that want to learn, be challenged and connect with likeminded people.

You can expect to learn new skills and training techniques; upgrade your knowledge on mindset, recovery and nutrition; and be in a supportive environment, surrounded by athletes with similar goals and interests.

You are guaranteed to leave with a huge boost towards your athletic goals.

What You Can Expect

  • Structured strength and conditioning training sessions for the sport of fitness
  • Indoor and outdoor sessions
  • Theory sessions on topics such as mindset, recovery, programming, nutrition, competition prep
  • Specialty sessions delivered by expert coaches in areas such as gymnastics, weightlifting, running, swimming etc.

Events

We do 3-5 camps a year. Most camps are in Sydney, however, we have done camps in both Qld and the ACT.
Camps fill fast! Spots for camps are first offered to Starr Strength athletes and then any remaining spots are offered to the public through our IG page (@starr_strength).
